Application
Motorex Proweld
264 welding protection
prevents adhesion
of welding splashes
on the welded
material and on
the welding tools.
On completion
of the welding,
it can be easily
removed with a
cloth and water
and leaves no
residues whatsoever.
Its biodegradability
is so high that
the rinsing water
can be flushed
away directly
into the normal
sewage installations.
Motorex Proweld
264 welding protection
is suitable for
all types of welding
on structural
steel, stainless
steel, aluminum
and non-ferrous
metals. Excellent
results are achieved
when used on sheet
metal and tubes
while laser cutting.
It effectively
protects nozzles
of flame cutters
of all types,
thus guaranteeing
a clean cut.

3. Application:
Use a spray gun
to evenly spray
on as a very thin
coat of Motorex
Proweld 264 welding
protection on
the desired surface.
If an air pressure
of 5 bar is used,
you will get a
homogenous and
complete protection
film. Hand dispensers
are not suitable
as Motorex Proweld
264 will not be
applied thinly
enough due to
low pressure.
Attention: Local
overdosage on
the work piece
(for instance
drops of agent)
can lead to porous
weld seams, as
evaporating Motorex
Proweld 264 can
harm the protective
covering.
The welding protectant
is also available
as a spray (with
airbag) : Motorex
Proweld spray.
